Terms of service

Last updated: 1 October 2026 · Contact: rb@aiworklabs.co.uk

These terms apply when you use the AI WORKLABS website and any software or services we provide (our “services”). By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

About our services

AI WORKLABS provides AI automation, assistants, and integrations for businesses. Features vary by product. We may update, improve, or discontinue parts of the services from time to time.

Your account and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for keeping access credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must use the services lawfully and must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse them. When you connect third-party accounts (such as Google), you must have the right to do so and you remain subject to those providers’ terms.

Acceptable use

You must not use our services to send spam, distribute malware, infringe others’ rights, or process personal data without a lawful basis. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these terms or applicable law have been breached.

Intellectual property

We retain ownership of our website, branding, software, and materials we provide. You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your content only as needed to operate the services you use.

Fees

Where services are paid, fees and billing terms will be agreed separately (for example in a proposal or order). Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of VAT where applicable.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AI-generated or automated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You should review important decisions and not rely on the services as a substitute for professional advice where that is required.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI WORKLABS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising from your use of the services is limited to the amount you paid us for those services in the twelve months before the claim, or £100 if no fees were paid, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Privacy

Our use of personal data is described in our privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
